The aim of the Leaderflush Shapland is to provide products and
services that consistently satisfy our customers and earn us the
reputation of being clearly superior over our competitors.
In order to achieve this our management system is based on a
policy of continual improvement driven by customer focus, cost
reduction and a highly trained workforce supported by the
quality management framework supplied by EN ISO 9001-2008.
Customer focus is achieved by understanding our customer's
expectations and positively reacting to their feedback on our
performance.
Cost reduction will come from working with our suppliers
worldwide and achieving an internal customer focus at each step
of the manufacturing process and so improve our efficiency.
A highly trained workforce will understand the customers
requirements and effectively provide the product to the customer
specification.
In order to measure our progress towards achieving this policy
the Senior Management have agreed a number of quality objectives
which are regularly monitored and clearly communicated to the
employees.
