Plasform® - Clean and Specialist Environments

Frames
Within the Plasform® range, four popular frame sections
are available with radiused edges in a wide choice of finishes.
Special sections can also be provided. Sections are produced to
suit common standard partition widths of 100, 113, 126, 144mm
and other widths can also be accommodated.
The Solo (and Split Solo) steel frames can be supplied either
powder-coated or in a stainless steel finish.
Plasform® Mono, Barum and Cubith sections can be wrapped
in various materials for a low maintenance, easily cleaned,
antimicrobial surface that matches or contrasts with the door
face.
Pre-prepared holes are incorporated for site fixings,
concealed by flush, steel or PVC discs to match the frame
finish.
Solo
A steel frame design which is generally finished in
powder coated or brushed stainless steel, particularly suited
to industrial applications. |

 |
Split Solo
The Split Solo is also available for varying partition
thicknesses, simplifying site fitting and is supplied with
'flush architraves'. |
 |
 |
Plasform® Mono

internal rebate which eliminates dirt traps. Single sections
can be produced up to 200mm wide with extension pieces for
wider partitions. Although, the Mono frame for Plasform®
WR is limited to section sizes up to 144mm wide. Mono is often
supplied for exact opening sizes allowing joints to be sealed
with a silicon bead on-site for a flush, architrave-free
finish. Architraves can be provided on request to match frame
finishes. |
 |
 |
Plasform® WR foot pad
To further enhance the water resistant properties,
a PVC footpad is provided at the base of Plasform® WR
frames. |
 |
 |
Plasform® Cubith
Split frame design incorporating a planted stop and
radiused integral architraves. The Cubith’s split frame is
designed to accommodate varying partition thickness
simplifying site fixing. |
 |
 |
Plasform® Barum
Traditional style frame incorporating a planted
stop and radiused edges. Architraves can be provided on
request to match frame finishes. |
 |
| |
| The Barum lining is also used as a double action frame. |

Ironmongery
solutions Leaderflush Shapland can
supply a total architectural hardware solution, in addition to
the essential ironmongery supplied with the doorset (hinges,
flush bolts and locks), creating a full doorset offer.
Antimicrobial protection can be added to the architectural
hardware to reduce surface contact contamination. This is
achieved by including the Hygienilac® additive into
either a clear or coloured powder coat finish to the
hardware.
BS EN ISO 12128 calls for various levels of security which
can be met through latched, locked and interlocked systems.
Interlock systems for PCL4 can be achieved using either
electric locks or maglocks, and will be fitted to complement
the mechanical and electrical package. |
